Residential Structure Fire
1:34pm Station assisted Somerset Regional VFD (Friedens) with a residential house fire located at 208 Oak Hill Dr. RE604 responded and was staged nearby and then later cancelled. 2026-40
Carbon Monoxide Incident
10:38pm Station was dispatched along with Hooversville and Somerset Ambulance Stoystown station for a carbon monoxide incident located at 130 Y St in Wilbur. Chief and RescueEngine604 responded but was cancelled prior to arrival. 2026-36
House Fire
12:06pm The Engine responded and assisted Sipesville with a house fire loacted at 261 Casebeer Church Rd. 26-25
Numerous Weather Related Incidents/Vehicle Accidents
2:31pm Crews responded to a total of 5 weather related incidents including two motor vehicle accidents. The first accident was on Rt30 at Skunk Hollow Rd invloving a coal truck. Minor injury on scene. While crews wwere working that incident, anoth vehicle accident with confinement, vehicle on it's side was dispacthed for Rt30 at Slagle Hill Rd on Stonebridge Hill. Crews assisted extricating the two injured occupants who were transpoted to the hospital. Another minor vehicle accident came in on Pompey Hill Rd just off of Rt281. No injuries. Crews then responded to a disabled tractor trailer on Rt30 on the hill east of Stoystown Auto Wreckers. Then crews responded to two disabled tractor trailers, one jack-knifed on Rt30 east side of Stonebridge Hill.
Fatal House Fire
6:43pm Station dispatched to assist Central City with a fully involved house fire located along Ryasko Rd in Shade Twp. 26-20

Vehicle Accident with Injuries
6:11pm Station dispatched to assist Hooversville with a vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Wilbur Rd and Peterman Rd. Chief, RescueEngine and Fire Police responded. 26-19
