1029hrs: Assisted Hooversville with a vehicle accident with injuries on Rt403 near Folly Ln. Attack 604, Engine 604 and Utility 604 responded. One person was transported to the hospital. Shade Twp Police investigated.

2156hrs: Station was alerted for a two vehicle accident on Rt403 ) Whistler Rd ) in front of A1 Auto Wreckers. Attack 604, Engine 604, Utility 604 and Fire Police 604 responded and arrived on scene along with Medic 801 and found two vehicles involved blocking the road.

2106hrs: Station dispatched for an unknown type fire near intersection of Plank Rd and Horner Rd. Engine 604 was just about to respond when dispatch advised they had just received a call for a controlled burn on Mountain Rd just off Horner Rd.

1617hrs: Tanker 604 was requested to assist Jerome with a large working barn fire on East Campus Ave outside of Davidsville. Tanker 604 and Fire Police responded and remained on scene for nearly 4 1/2 hours.

2125hrs: Station was dispatched for the R.I.T. ( Rapid Intervention Team ) assignment in Central City, 195 Highland Ave for a smoke in a structure call. Engine 604 responded and was staged once on scene.

0436hrs: The station was alerted to assist Jennerstown with an Engine and manpower at the scene of a house fire in Gray. Engine 604 responded.

0838hrs: The Station was alerted to assist with traffic control on Rt30 at S Pine Ave. A truck hauling railroad rails lost a few and ended up laying on the highway blocking both westbound lanes. Crews directed traffic around the "spill" until the rails could be removed.

Monday April 13th: The day started early in the morning at 0433hrs with numerous calls involving wires down, trees down blocking roads, wires arching or burning and other severe weather calls. The day ended with a vehicle accident will rollover.
